By accessing or using our website, community, or membership services, you agree to these Terms.
Membership
The Militia is a subscription-based educational community.
Membership grants access to educational content, community resources, live sessions, and related materials.
Membership access is personal and non-transferable.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to join The Militia.
By joining, you represent that you are legally able to enter into binding agreements.
No Financial Advice
The Militia provides educational content only.
Nothing within the community should be interpreted as financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
Members remain solely responsible for their own decisions and outcomes.
Payments
Membership fees are billed according to the selected subscription plan.
Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of access.
No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the content and immediate access provided upon enrollment, all payments are final.
No refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be provided.
Intellectual Property
All content provided by The Militia LLC, including videos, recordings, educational materials, graphics, branding, written content, and community resources, remains the property of The Militia LLC.
Members may not:
• Reproduce content
• Share content
• Sell content
• Distribute content
• Record and republish content
without written permission.
Community Standards
Members agree not to:
• Harass other members
• Engage in abusive behavior
• Spam the community
• Solicit members for business opportunities
• Promote unrelated products or services
• Share copyrighted material without permission
• Share account credentials
• Impersonate licensed professionals
The Militia LLC reserves the right to remove content, suspend access, or terminate memberships at its sole discretion.
Termination
The Militia LLC may terminate or suspend membership access for violations of these Terms.
No refunds will be issued for terminated memberships.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Militia LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses arising from participation in the community or reliance on educational materials.
Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Pennsylvania.
Both parties waive the right to trial by jury.
Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive participation in any class action or representative proceeding.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
